CONTRACT RATES

  • Employer Provident Fund & Administrative charges 13%.
  • Employer State Insurance 4.75%
  • Service charges 10% negotiable
  • CGST 9% and SGST 9% applicable on the total bill amount
  • OT and Bonus is payable as per the prevailing Act
  • Convenience / canteen / other facilities may extended

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SELECTION:- We select experienced disciplined people and verify their background by checking their records such as school certificates, Ration card, previous experience & certificates and two references of their locality company.

ESI:- All Employees’ will be covered under ESI ACT 1948. If not Insurance Mediclaim.

DAY CHECK:- Area Manager will visit the units and check the attendance & discipline.

MODE OF PAYMENT:- Bill will be submitted on 1st of every month. You are requested to make the payment on or before 5th for the same by cheque or cash. We will hand out salaries on 7th/10th of every month. We will not responsible for any personal loan given to the House keeping staff by the client.

CONTRACT TERM:- Contract agreement for a period of one year or more which is renewable on mutually agreeable terms and conditions. The contract can be terminated with one-month notice from either side.
